Monthly rent, Furnished : 1.100 € + 150 € provision for charges :(50€ common charges and 100 € private charges : heat, electricity, gas, hot and cold water, insurance. Statement at the end of rental). (Individual water, gas & electricity meter, already opened on the account of Flat to Rent)

minimum 1 year & maximum 3 years (renewable)
Renting starts the first day of each month and ends the last day of a month
(no renting for ½ month).
Warranty
2.200 €
The guarantee will be refund at the end of the rental contract (1 week)
Payement
First of each month rent + charges + guarantee must be paid before the handover of the keys.

Important: all flats are non smoking and no pets allowed
